Registration
A non-refundable annual registration fee of $25.00 per student or $35.00
per family is required
at the time of enrollment. It is understood that registration reserves the
student's place in class for the dance year (September through May). New students
are accepted throughout the year on a space-available basis. Class size is

Tuition Policy
Tuition is an annual fee which has been divided into monthly payments for the
convenience of the student. Tuition payment is due on the first lesson of each
month. For each 30 days past due, a late fee will be added to the
tuition payment. Students who are more than 60 days late with payments will
be expelled from the studio. A five percent discount is offered to those individuals and
families taking multiple classes (excludes private and semi-private lessons). No
refunds or credits are given for missed classes but make-ups are available.

Waiver of Liability
All students must be in good health and physically able to endure class. A
waiver of liability must be signed by every student enrolled at the Academy of
Dance.
Class Schedule
Classes meet Monday-Saturday. Holidays are observed in accordance with the
Vigo County School Corporation calendar. Make-ups for Monday holidays and weather-related
cancellations will be scheduled on Fridays.
Attendance
Students are expected to attend all classes for which they have registered.
Students are to notify the studio in advance in case of absence. No refunds
or credits will be given for absences, although missed classes may be made
up during other class times within 60 days of the missed class and at the
discretion of the instructor. Private lessons will not be given make-ups,
however credits will be given. Private lessons must give at least 24 hours
notice of cancellation or pay 50% of the lesson fee.
Arrival and Pick-up
Students are expected to arrive promptly for class. Parents are expected to
pick up their children immediately after class. The Academy of Dance is not
responsible for children left unattended outside the classroom. The studio
closes 15 minutes after the last class of the day. No one will be allowed on the
premises after closing time.
