Costume payments are due by December 19, 2022. Each class will have one costume and one dance in the spring concert recital. Costumes are non-refundable, therefore we must collect payment in advance of ordering.
Participation in the show is not mandatory. You are welcome to participate in just one performance if you prefer. Please inform us if you will not be participating or only performing in one show. We will be taking measures for costumes November 28-December 19 during regular class times. If you are your child need to be measured outside of regular class times, please email Patti at pwilley@thacademyofdance.com to schedule a special time.
Costume payments are due December 19. Costumes will be ordered on December 20. If no payment has been received at that time, then no costume will be ordered. Child small and medium costumes are $96.30; child large and adult sizes are $113.42.
If you change your mind and want to participate in January, we will order costumes if they are still available.
Early Dismissal Days
Academy of Dance will be open for regularly scheduled classes on all VCSC’s Early Dismissal Days.
Snow Days
Academy of Dance does not always follow VCSC cancellations. We may remain open even if VCSC cancels their after-school activities. Please check our website, voice mail (812.238.9181) or Terre Haute Academy of Dance Facebook page for cancellations.
Tuition Policies
Each class’ tuition is an annual fee for 32 lessons which has been divided into nine monthly payments for the convenience of the student. Each monthly payment is due at the first lesson of each month regardless of attendance. No refunds or credits will be given for absences, although missed classes may be made up during other class times within 30 days of the missed class and at the discretion of the instructor.

Beginning Dance and Pre-Technique Dress Rehearsal: Thursday, June 1 from 2:00-4:00 at Tilson Auditorium.
Dress Rehearsal for all other Students: Thursday June 1 from 3:00-9:00 at Tilson Auditorium.
