Dress Code

The following attire is required for participation at Academy of Dance. Students arriving for class wearing improper attire will not be allowed to participate, although they may observe the class. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Hair for all students and all classes must be secured back off the face.

STUDENT	CLASS	DRESS CODE
Girls	Ballet/Pre-Ballet	Black leotard, pink tights. Pink ballet slippers*
	Pre-Technique/Beginning Dance	Solid color leotard, skirt (optional), footless tights (optional). Bare feet*
	Modern	Solid color leotard* with pink, black or tan footless tights. Bare feet
	Jazz/Hip Hop	Solid color leotard* and pink, black or tan tights. Black jazz shoes.
	Tap	Solid color leotard* and pink, black or tan tights. Black tap shoes
Boys	All Classes	T-shirt -- white (ballet) or solid color (all other classes). Black leggings, sweat pants or bike shorts. Black ballet, tap and/or jazz shoes.
Adults	All Classes	Solid color leotard* and tights. Skirts, leggings or shorts optional.

* No logos or decals.
